Cancellation Policy

Please agree to avoid auto cancelation. Be sure you are selecting the correct services as well as the age appropriate service. When booking you acknowledge that you have read the cancellation policy. If you book with 24 hours the window already has expired. And you are subject to cancellation fee. Cancel 24 hours before you appt, or the system will charge you 50%. Any appt changes day of may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you arrive late we have a 10-15 minute grace period depending on your appt length. If your outside that window, we reserve the right to cancel your appt. The system will charge a cancellation fee. Please be on time and call if your running late.
